RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
- A full refund is available for most online products* within 30 days of purchase.
- Partial refunds or online credit for future shopping cart purchases are also available for specific items within 30 days of purchase.
- Returned products must be accompanied with a credit card receipt or a printed confirmation of purchase from the website.
- Returned product must be new and/or unused, and contain the original product packaging and accessories.
- (*Full refunds are available for books, Bibles, and teaching products within 30 days.)
Refunds
Refunds are given as either 1) a credit or reversal of charges on the customer’ credit card or 2) as an online credit for future shopping cart purchases. No cash refunds are given.
Customers may return product under the following conditions:
- Product does not meet customer’s expectations
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Product was damaged during shipping
- Wrong product was shipped
The following products are not eligible for refunds:
- Music CDs, DVDs, and videos
- Movies, video and DVDs
- Electronic Bibles
If defective or damaged during shipping, they may be returned and exchanged for the same product.

Items purchased online can be returned in person or by mail. Cost for by mail is the responsibility of the customer. Returned products should be mailed to:
